Low grade for new UT staffers

Losing Trooper & Cut really came back to bite us yesterday as our 08 recruits signed LOI. Clawson and the Richmond gang certainly didn't pay any dividends, nor did the new RB coach, Drayton. Did these guys not establish relationships with any potential recruits from the states of VA or FL? I would have expected the possibility that one these prior relationships might have netted us a couple nice recruits.
